对于 can stand before or after the subject, as in 对于这个问题，你怎么看, and it does not go right after an adverb such as 都.

对于 marks what a feeling or comment is aimed at and stays with the verb. 关于 names a topic and can modify a noun with 的. 我关于这个问题很感兴趣 does not work.
