Chinese Copilot publishes the free Chinese HSK Placement Test as a lightweight learning tool. We do not offer a monitored support channel for this free tool. There is no personal support inbox, no ticket queue with a reply SLA, no phone line, and no contact form that emails a helpdesk. We would rather say that clearly than invent a mailbox nobody checks or promise “we will get back to you in 24 hours.”

Where to find product information. Most questions about what the test measures, how scoring works, and what the estimate cannot prove are already answered on the site. Start with the about page for methodology and recognition-only limits, the privacy notice for sessionStorage and hosting notes, and the blog for guides on HSK labels and HSK 2.0 versus 3.0. If you only need a placement estimate, take the test — no account and no message to anyone is required.

What this page is for. This contact page exists so learners and search engines can find an honest statement of support scope for Chinese Copilot. It is not a backlog for private bug reports, exam registration help, school admissions letters, or certificate verification. The placement check is unofficial: it does not award HSK certificates and is not affiliated with Hanban/CTI. For an official score, sit an authorized exam.
